Do they have a support team?


If you’ve ever tried to contact their support personnel you could be forgiven for thinking the name is Face-less-book!

Why do they make it so difficult to get help? Yes, there are user groups but many times it’s simplest & best to just go straight to the horses mouth, except you can’t! Where’s the “contact us” or “support” links – meaningful ones? It’s not impossible to get official help, just difficult enough to put most people off!

What are they afraid of?

In view of the stock market floatation, M.Z. is now able to afford to employ real support people! – But will he…?
